A student named Jaydeep Ghosh has been arrested for obstructing the police from entering a hostel at Jadavpur University, adding to the tally of arrests related to the recent death incident. The number of people arrested in connection with this incident has now risen to 13. Jaydeep Ghosh, an alumnus of the university, was a student in the 'International Relations' department. According to police sources, Ghosh hails from Ketu village in East Bardhaman and currently resides in a rented house in Bikramgarh.
